Jacob East is based in Brooklyn, NY. He and his producer are finishing up an album titled ‘Ode To Life’. Roughly 50 minutes in length Jacob tells the story of a mans birth to their eventual death, with tales that spiral between love, hate, weakness, and acceptance, however, be aware that the truth lies in its original sequencing, on its first listen, this album should not be shuffled. Treat this project as if it were a humans life, jumping between songs is by no means Jacob’s intention with this project.

This album took 3 years to release, from demos to fully mastered studio recorded tracks. It boasts hints of jazz, electronic, folk, rock, and classical music. From swirling violins and jumping upright bass lines, to touching harmonies and eccentric melodic movements be prepared to open your ears to what is Jacob East’s homage to life & its art.
